New iPhone 6 Renders Two Variants
The latest iPhone 6 concept image has presented two variants with 5.5- and 4.7-inches screen display.
The new concept image of the Apple's upcoming smartphone is rumored to come in two models, according to Concept-Phones. One smartphone was speculated to come with a 5.5-inch screen diagonally. Another handset sported to come with 4.7-inch screen size.
Designer Federico Ciccarese imagined both models to come with edge-to-edge screen display with 16:9 aspect ratio. The bigger handset will pack 878 x 1568 pixel resolution. The smaller smartphone will pack 750 x 1338 pixel resolution. The smartphone looked elegant, thanks to its slimmer design
The report added the handset will pack a touch ID sensor, which will be embedded on the traditional home button. The speaker appeared bigger compared to its predecessor. The handset was slightly curved like what rumors said. iPhone 6 ditched the rectangular shape in exchange for more rounded edges. The concept image looked like a computer mouse or bar soap when lying face down.
Although it was imagined there will be two iPhone 6 coming this year, Apple still has not confirmed the existence of the two smartphones. One smartphone is a phablet, which will start a new line of Apple smartphone.
Some of the rumored specs and features of the next iPhone 6 are the next A8 processor, iOS 8 and improved fingerprint sensor. Apple patents also suggested some of the rumored features of the iPhone 6 such as curved or flexible screen embedded with liquidmetal, Sapphire glass, improved Siri and gestures control.
Recent reports said iPhone 6 release will be held in June at the Worldwide Developers Conference, where the next version of iOS will also be introduced.
iPhone was originally announced in June. Other reports claimed iPhone 6 will arrive in September, which is its usual release window for the past two years.
