Samsung's upcoming phablet, dubbed as Galaxy Note 3, is rumoured to have great features.

Based on the most recent concept image of the device, it features 6.3-inch Super AMOLED HD+ screen display; two quad core processors; 3GB RAM; 3700 mAh battery.

Under the hood, we have a 2 GHz Octa Core processor made up of a 1.7 GHz ARM Cortex A15 high-performing quad-core CPU and a 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A9 chipset for more efficient purposes, similar to that of Samsung Galaxy S4.

The device is also rumoured to have a 13-megapixel rear camera and 2.1-megapixel front camera.

A report claimed that Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be released on Sept 4, which is ahead of the IFA event in Berlin.

According to tech Web site Android Geeks, Samsung will apparently send out invites to the media sometime in August for a Samsung Unpacked event that will take place on Sept 4. This strategy is similar to the one Samsung employed for the Galaxy Note 2 - Samsung held an Unpacked Event where the phablet was unveiled right before IFA 2012 kicked off. IFA 2013 is schedule to run from Sept 6 to 11.

Some of the rumoured specs and features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are: 6.3-inch Full HD screen display; unbreakable, flexible screen; 8-core Exynos 5 Octa processor chip; stylus and finger-hovering feature; Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS; 16 megapixel rear camera with auto focus, LED flash and BSI and 3 megapixel front camera with 'Best Photo,' 'Best Faces,' low light show and BSI; 32, 64 and 128 GB internal memory options expandable storage via microSD cards; 4,000 mAh Li-on battery.
