New Spoilers For 'Fifty Shades Darker': See Which Actors Are Considered For Roles Of Elena Lincoln, Jack Hyde And Leila Williams

New details have emerged about “Fifty Shades of Grey's” sequel – “Fifty Shades Darker.” Various new characters will be introduced in the film including that of the systerious Elena Lincoln. She is the character who plays Christian Grey's jealous ex-dominatrix Elena Lincoln. Anastasia Steele funnily calls her by the suggestive moniker "Mrs. Robinson."

There is speculation in the media that Hollywood actress Charlize Theron will play the important role of Lincoln, according to Movie News Guide. Lincoln, who is also a friend of Grey's mother, introduced Grey to the world of bondage-sex when he was just 15. Steele expresses her concern over their relationship in “Fifty Shades of Grey.” She also supports Grey financially and helps him start his own business.

In the novel, Lincoln is a middle-aged women who looks good. The first part of the film did not show her character but Steele and Grey discuss her. Steele also gets upset with Grey when he tells her than he is “still friends” with Lincoln and met her in her absence. However, the production house has not confirmed these reports.

Other character introduced in “Fifty Shades Darker” is Anastasia Steele's boss Jack Hyde. Actors Jai Courtney, Henry Cavill, Wes Bentley, Shawn Ashmore, and Aaron Tyler-Johnson are considered for the role of Hyde, the website added. “Peter Pan” actress and model Cara Delevingne is reportedly considered for the part of Grey's former submissive Leila Williams. Williams makes a sudden appearance in the film's sequel.

Meanwhile actors Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson will still play the roles of Steele and Grey in the film; along with Rita Ora--who plays Grey's sister Mia Grey. However, “Fifty Shades of Grey's” director Sam Taylor-Johnson will no longer direct its sequel because of her ideological differences with the novel's author E.L James. “Fifty Shades of Darker” has been earmarked for a 2017 release.
