Wearing the Black and White stripes for Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul may be numbered, as Italian giants Juventus and English Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur are keen to snatch the shot-stopper away from St. James' Park.

The Old Lady are reported to be the more determined party to land the Dutchman, as they see him as a probable successor to the legendary, yet ageing Gianluigi Buffon.

Krul, however, will not come in cheap as reports indicate that Newcastle will be placing a £20million price tag.

At 25, He has featured regularly for The Magpies since 2010, earning 5 call-ups from the Netherlands men's football team, to date.

Meanwhile, Newcastle are reported to be eyeing on Reading keeper Alex McCarthy as a possible replacement, should Krul seek greener pastures elsewhere.
