Release date of Google's second Nexus 10 build is pointing more to 2013 Black Friday as new press renders of the full-sized KitKat slate leaked out, giving out significant details about the device in the process.

The images were picked up by tech blog site Pocket Lint, which pointed to Reddit posts as its source. The story eventually updated, telling that the images have been taken down but not before the Android community is able to squeeze juicy Nexus 10 2 information.

First off, the press renders represent the most solid proof yet that the big Android slate is real and it should be coming soon. Analysts are betting that before November 2013 ends, the device will go LIVE on Google Play Store.

And the opportune time that the search giant chose? It is the Black Friday week, which runs from Nov 21 through 29. So watchers can expect the new Nexus 10 to strut its wares via the Play Store anytime within the week.

Since the tablet is gaining more semblance of reality, somebody has to make it. Nope, Asus is not the chosen one. Looks likes Google is so impressed with the way LG has handled the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 (despite the hiccups on the first handset) that it decided to award the honours to the South Korean device maker.

The LG-made Nexus 10, pics of which can be seen here and here, bears the model codename LG-V510.

According to the same Pocket Lint report, the Nexus 10 press render stay true to much of the specs that have been written about with a trimmed down body make. The bezels surrounding its 10.1-inch screen have been pushed farther to the four edges, making for a slightly tablet profile but with the same viewing window expanse.

Most importantly, a price has been hinted at $482, which the report said will entitle a buyer to the 32GB internal memory with Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity (likely 3G/4G/LTE) model. There was no mention of pricing for the basic configuration - 16GB storage and Wi-Fi only.

The rest of the specs, Pocket Lint said, are based on previous leaks and rumours, which are the following: a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chip, 2GB of RAM, an Adreno 330 CPU that fires up its Retina-busting 2560 x 1600 screen resolution on 300ppi and a massive dose of power juice thanks to a battery rating of 9000mAh.

As widely expected, Android 4.4 or KitKat is coming out of the box with the Nexus 10 2 release date, which if this new report proves true will happen in a matter of few days.
