There are rumours that there will a $99 Nexus 7 sometime in the near future. (Take note, however, that the 'mini' in the product name is merely press-given.)
Apple's iPad Mini may not come as cheap as $250. Tech rumours indicate the 7.85-inch little iPad will be around $320 at the minimum.
John Paczkowski of AllThingsD got Topeka analyst Brian White to describe the Apple iPad Mini.

Apple's genius is typically seen in form and style. Nexus 7, on the the other hand, is a tried and tested small tablet device. And it couldn't be more expensive than the iPad Mini. Will price be the main consideration of the tech buyers here? It remains to be seen.
