It turns out the male companion is Alexander Dobrev, Nina's brother. The 24-year-old brunette beauty revealed to her fans on Twitter about her escapade with an image that shows how she and Alex gazed at a tranquil beach with blue skies.

Nina posted the caption that reads: "Chilling in paradise with my brother Alex." While Nina enjoys her free time on the beach, what about Ian Somerhalder?

The heartthrob actor has already wrapped up filming his upcoming movie "The Anomaly" in London, England. Ian posted a message on Twitter with an Instagram photo attached to say farewell and express gratitude to the hospitality during his stay in the foreign country.

Ian further added: "Thank you everyone for this experience, @noelclarke you are the man and you need some rest-thank you Martin for making this amazing instrument that gets me through sleepless nights and thank you @colehaan for all of these comfy boots for me and my character to run around like a madman trying to save the world."

Moreover, Ian Somerhalder joked about his "bromance" with "Vampire Diaries" co-star Paul Wesley on Twitter after a fan shared an iPhone cover photo with the two holding hands. "Paulwesley it's official-they've caught us.Time to tell your wife," the actor humorously posted.

Ian Somerhalder's finished work on "The Anomaly" has sparked up again the casting rumors on "Fifty Shades of Grey" but the actor is currently tight-lipped about his next movie project. "It could be anyone - that's how that goes," Ian teasingly responded to Metro when asked about who he thinks will portray the character Christian Grey.

Ian has always been a fan-favorite in the casting poll for the upcoming movie adaptation based on E.L. James' hit erotic novels.
