Ian Somerhalder is currently busy filming "The Anomaly" in London while Nina Dobrev could enjoy the companion of her new neighbor, Julie Plec. The executive producer of "The Vampire Diaries" reportedly acquired an apartment close to where Nina Dobrev stays and she expressed her excitement through her Twitter account @julieplec.

The message reads: "@ninadobrev where are you? I must know. P.S. I got the apartment. We're now neighbors. xoxo." The actress responded back in excitement after receiving the good news and wrote on her Twitter account: "You got it!! Neighbors! I'm thrilled!"
