Nintendo NX news, release date, reveal: Secret feature may stun Xbox One Scorpio; Bethesda could release games on NX
Nintendo may be releasing its latest console Nintendo NX this October. The console war is going to get real rough as the Microsoft Xbox One Scorpio is also releasing soon. Naturally the Xbox One Scorpio is one tight competitor although Nintendo NX may be a platform for Bethesda to release its games. This puts the NX console at par with the upcoming Xbox One.
Bethesda Vice President of PR and Marketing, Pete Hines, stated in an exclusive interview with Metro Game Central that there is a chance of consideration of NX if the console has specs equally strong as the Xbox One Scorpio or even the original Xbox One or PS4.
As per Mobile & Apps, many analysts have concluded that the Nintendo NX will be revealed early October though it was initially expected to be released next year. However, releasing the console next year makes more sense as Nintendo has promised its fans that it is working to bring the best of features in its upcoming console.
The Nintendo NX is rumoured to be a hybrid, handheld device that will have detachable controllers and will run on cartridges. The Xbox One Scorpio on the other hand was revealed at the E3 Expo earlier this year and it is rumoured to be the most-powerful console of all times. It will support virtual reality and will deliver 4K gaming.
The Xbox One is believed to include 6 teraflops of GPU and Microsoft believes it will be more powerful than the PS4 Pro, writes Express.co.uk.
Some fans are confused as to why Nintendo has waited so long to reveal their latest console. Experts believe that it is because of their Augmented Reality selling point that the company believes could be copied by other console makers.
With Xbox One Scorpio slated to release in 2017, Nintendo NX may better have something really amazing to win back a considerable market share.
