Nintendo reveals line-up for EGX 2015
Nintendo revealed the list of games that are going to be present at this year’s EGX by Gamer Network. Its line-up sees some classic titles familiar to Nintendo fans and some newer ones that are currently anticipated by many.
A total of 31 games will be in the Nintendo booth at EGX 2015, including some hit games for both their consoles. Aside from the mainstream games, “Nindies” or indie games for Nintendo consoles, will also be tagging along EGX. Some of the more popular titles include “Star Fox Zero” and “Xenoblade Chronicles X” for the Wii U and “The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes.”
Nintendo will also bring out the competitive side in its fans with several tournaments for multiplayer games such as “Splatoon,” “Super Smash Bros.” and 200cc “Mario Kart 8” races. Fans will be able to sample the “Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash” for tournament purposes despite not having been launched yet. The company is yet to detail the prizes that await the winners, but it could go from medals and trophies to cash prizes and collectibles.
As for indie games, some of the more popular indie titles set to make an appearance include Wii U titles such as “Mighty No.9,” “Terraria” and “Oddworld New N Tasty.” 3DS indie titles include the handheld version of “Terraria” and the critically acclaimed “Shovel Knight.”
