Nokia officially released the Cinemagraph App for the Lumia Windows Phone 7.5 and 7.8 update users. The company confirmed that the application works with all the Lumia smart phones but will operate best on the Nokia Lumia 800, Nokia Lumia 710 and the Nokia Lumia 900.

The Cinemagraph App is one of the remarkable Nokia features for the camera of aWindows 7.5 or 7.8 smart phone. Cinemagraph allows the Lumia users to create animated gifs from short video clips recorded from the smart phone's camera, post and share them on social networking sites.

"Cinemagraph is a magical blend of photo and movie-like animation, creating pictures that seem almost alive. Helpful on-screen assistance lets you select the animated area of your picture and easily create a cinemagraph. The end result is enchanting," the Windows Phone Web site stated.

Device users can upload and then share their video with family and friends through the famous social networking sites, email and messaging. All that is needed is a Nokia Account and a data connection.

The procedure on how to share a Cinemagraph video is very easy. Just upload the Cinemagraph file to a Nokia server and then share the link with the use of Wi-Fi network or mobile data connection. However, users are required to verify first the network operator's data charges.

Since the Cinemagraph is an exclusive Nokia Lumia app, it cannot be downloaded from the Windows Phone Store but can be acquired for free in the Nokia Collection on the Lumia smart phone. If the Cinemagraph App did not appear yet, just type in a quick search and it should pop up.

Nokia still continues to support the Windows Phone 7.5 and 7.8 users with the release of this remarkable Cinemagraph App despite of the latest Windows Phone 8 update release.
