T-Mobile, one of the largest carriers in the U.S., sent out an invitation for an event to take place on July 10. The upcoming date is anticipated to be the carrier's launch on the Nokia Lumia 925 ahead of the reported July 17 availability of the smartphone at stores.

The teasing message on the leaked T-Mobile invitation image reads: "Our boldest moves yet." Eligible customers can acquire the Nokia Lumia 925 smart phone with the predicted down price of $99.99 with monthly payments of $20 for 24 months contract.

At the latest FCC listing, a Nokia device was filed with the codename RM-892 and it could be the Nokia Lumia 925 smart phone for T-Mobile. The FCC filing indicates that the official launch of the Nokia smart phone on the U.S. carrier is about to happen and the reports appear to be valid.

The FCC listing did not precisely mention the device to be the Nokia Lumia 925. However, the smartphone's back design looks familiar, and tests were conducted with the GSM 850/1990 frequencies which would suit well with the T-Mobile network.

The Nokia Lumia 925 features a 4.5-inch AMOLED screen display with 1280x768p resolution, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage capacity and 2000mAh battery. The Finnish smart phone has the 8.7MP camera with remarkable PureView technology, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Bluetooth and NFC technology.

T-Mobile has already started the Nokia Lumia 925 sign-up page where interested subscribers can register and receive notification when the device turns up for either purchase or pre-order. Aside from the Nokia Lumia 925, the Sony Xperia Z and another smart phone identified only as T-Mobile 768 is scheduled as well for a July release date at T-Mobile.
