American multinational corporation Microsoft gets more colourful with the set July release of its premium flagship phone Nokia Lumia 930 in Australia.

According to Gizmodo, the Windows phone will be released to all major carriers - Telstra, Optus and Vodafone - for $729. It can also be bought outright from Dick Smith, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and AllPhones.

According to Nokia Web site, the Nokia Lumia 930 sports a 20-megapixel PureView camera with dual LED flash plus four directional microphones with Surround-Sound. With this feature, smart phone users will be able to take as many high quality photos as they like and even create video with true-to-life sound quality.

Powerful Package

The company Web site boosts the powerful package of Nokia Lumia 930 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. It also has 5-inch ClearBack OLED display screen with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Windows phone has 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory, and 7 GB of cloud storage from Microsoft OneDrive. There is also 2420 mAh battery which can last up to 75 hours of music playback time and 21.7 hours talk time. It even comes with integrated wireless charging capability.

One Windows Experience

The same source cited above mentioned that Nokia Lumia 930 comes with the Windows 8.1 operating system on board. With this operating system, smart phone users can be able to personalise the tiled home screen, keep in touch with family and friends, play music and games, take photo, search for places, make calls, work on the go, get apps, and protect their info from their Windows phone.

Personalized Radio Station

Even more interesting for music lovers, Microsoft also boosts that Nokia Lumia 930 comes with pre-installed Nokia MixRadio. With this feature, Windows phone users can stream unlimited commercial-free music at no extra charge and listen to the songs even when offline.

There are also business apps included in the Windows phone like Lync (Corporate IM) free download, and Company Hub for enterprise applications. It also comes with document format support for PDF, Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint. There are also sync type apps included such as Exchange ActiveSync and Nokia Photo Transfer for Mac. It even sports a papyrus app which allows users to take down notes in their natural handwriting just like a paper. There are also built-in game apps like Touch UI, XBox-Live Hub, DirectX 11, and Adidas miCoach. Social apps like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp are also available and much more apps that Windows phone users can use and enjoy.
