Nvidia powers up its most popular smart devices like handsets and tablets. The company seems to work not just in the background but in the forefront of the tech market. Nvidia has recently launched Tegra Note 7, a 7-inch multimedia and gaming tablet. It comes after Nvidia's Shield which was an Android-based tablet.

According to reports, the Tegra Note 7 will feature impressive specs that can rival the Nexus 7 of Google. The slate will feature front-facing speakers, including an integrated stylus similar to the S Pen in the Samsung Galaxy Note series. This tablet will be running on the quad-core Tegra 4 processor assuring the market of its superb performance.

While the market still has to wait for the device to hit stores, Nvidia confirmed its existence. NotebookItalia also reported a leaked hands-on video of the Tegra Note 7 from Nvidia.

Nvidia will not be directly selling the Tegra Note 7. Instead, the company will be channeling through its partners, especially its desktop graphics connections. These include companies such as PNY, eVGA and ZOTAC among others. This means consumers can buy an eVGA Tegra Note 7 edition and enjoy a variety of features under the brand. They will also have access to Nvidia's TegraZone and Google Play Store for the ultimate Android gaming experience.

Specs include Nvidia's 1.9 GHz quad-core Tegra 4 with 2GB of RAM, 7-inch 720p HD display and 8GB internal storage. It also includes a micro-SD slot for expandable memory. Similar to the Nexus 7, the Tegra Note sports a 5MP megapixel camera. It also features a front camera ideal for video chatting.

A standout feature of the device is the dual front facing stereo speakers. They provide an audio experience similar to true stereo speakers. For a sneak peak of the device, Gotta Be Mobile provides footage of the reported note.

The video shows a good look of the slate, including some of its excellent stylus capabilities. The device is also running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, although it is possible for Nvidia to change the OS to Android 4.4 KitKat before the product officially hit stores.
