Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note 2 are going to get their official final Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update in a few days.

PC Tablet includes Samsung Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note 2 on the upcoming official Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update in less than a week. Samsung Galaxy S2 and S3 are the first to receive the update towards the remaining days of May which could be anytime from now.

SamMobile also backed up the upcoming latest final Jelly Bean update for the two devices and confirmed Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie coming its way to both Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3.

"A tweet from a reliable internal source for Samsung related leaks, SamMobile, has confirmed that both Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update is coming by the end of May or in start of June," according to the report cited by Sidhtech.com

There is no exact date when will this latest Jelly Bean 4.2.2 update be released but it may be the final update these devices can get.

As usual, the update will bring new features possibly from the latest generation of both Galaxy S and Galaxy Note line up, major bug fixes, resizable applications, customisable layout and colour.

Leaked International Galaxy S3 Android 4.2.2 Firmware

Recently, an Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean firmware for the International model of the Galaxy S3 has leaked with a firmware number starting in JDQ39. It contains the latest Android OS with features packed from Samsung Galaxy S4. Unfortunately, the ROM found isn't confirmed to be official but DOES NOT remove the warranty of your device by flashing it using Odin tool.
