'Orphan Black' season 4 episode 3 spoilers: Sarah digs deeper into Neolution for answers in 'The Stigmata of Progress'
In Season 4 Episode 3 of “Orphan Black,” Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) will be more desperate to look for answers after she had a surprising discovery of what Neolution was working on. However, her curiosity will eventually lead her to deeper and more dangerous situations.

Sarah reels from a shocking discovery, and becomes desperate to find answers; after following a lead, Sarah finds herself in a harrowing encounter, stated the episode synopsis.
Previously, Sarah was shocked to witness Neolutions new biotechnology, where implants were placed on human subjects. She gets more curious and tries to look for more information and answers. She acquired a lead and immediately followed it, but she soon finds herself in a predicament which will require the assistance of a new character, who is actually hesitant to offer her services or presence.
In the meantime, Mrs. S, who is always eager to help, forms an alliance with an old enemy.
Rachel Duncan will be visited by her keeper and will continue to progress towards recovery.
Helena will be mistaken for “Mrs. Hendrix” after she will be visited by suspicious guests. The Wall Street Journal reveals that previously, Helena committed insurance fraud by posing as Alison and using the Hendrix’s health insurance to have an ultrasound to check on her twins. It seems that her actions have come back to haunt her.
In the promo video, Neolution was featured being disappointed that Sarah managed to “outfox” them again. A child was talking to Cosima about the latter setting her mother on fire. The child continued that she understood why Cosima did it because her mom was changing.
Helena was also shown opening her door to investigators who were getting information about a triple homicide. The last scene showed Sarah progressing in her search and asking to have five minutes from a mysterious man. She was most likely acquiring more information about Neolution and would apparently stop at nothing until she meets her objective.
“Orphan Black” Season 4 Episode 3, titled “The Stigmata of Progress,” will air on April 28 on BBC America in the US and Syfy in Australia. More updates and details are expected soon.
