Paris Jackson attempted suicide after learning that she and brother Prince have different biological fathers. A new report claims that Michael Jackson's only daughter couldn't accept that the brother she idolised isn't her full sibling. And oh yeah, she hates Justin Bieber, too.

Days after she tried to take her own life in the early hours of June 5, 15-year-old Paris was allegedly given the news of her true parentage. And while she has always known that the King of Pop wasn't her real dad, she was devastated to learn that her natural father isn't the one who fathered Prince (real name Michael Joseph Jackson Jr.).

According to UK tabloid The Sun, she believed that Debbie Rowe was their mum and another man was their dad, but that allegedly wasn't the case. She has had a series of arguments with Prince, 16, after learning the truth, which led her to plunge into depression.

"Paris has always wanted to believe Michael was her dad, but was aware that wasn't really the case," a family friend revealed. "She was convinced her and Prince were full siblings. She always idolised him.

"Hearing she wasn't started a downward spiral."

The siblings also have another brother, Prince Michael Jackson II, nicknamed Blanket, who was born from an unnamed surrogate mother.

Paris attempted to take her own life earlier this month by using a meat cleaver to cut her arms and taking a lot of pain reliever. But that wasn't her first try. According to multiple reports, she attempted suicide before by slashing her arms. Pictures of her before her latest attempt have been scrutinised by celebrity Web sites, and they concluded that Paris had slashing marks on her wrists.

Justin Bieber Hater?

And that is why the report that she hates Justin Bieber because he lets his fans cut themselves for him is a bit confusing.

Sources told TMZ that Paris thinks Justin is a terrible role model for young girls. It's not because of the 19-year-old singer's questionable behaviour over the past months, but apparently because he was silent when his tween fans started tweeting about cutting themselves as an expression of their love for him.

Paris believed that Justin should have talked to his fans out of it, but instead of doing that, he just ignored it, which his fans might have taken as a go signal.

Also, she thinks that his recent missteps in the gated community of Calabasas, where Paris also lives, are a "disgrace."

Paris is currently staying at the UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles to recover. It is the same hospital where Michael was pronounced dead.
