A little over a week since its release, Nintendo’s freemium 3DS download “Nintendo Badge Arcade” has already seen a lot of characters from various franchises from the company. Another set of badges to be collected have been revealed and it includes a selection of little monsters players have known to love.

In a tweet sent out by Nintendo of America, the virtual crane game got updated and will now feature several “Pokemon” monsters to collect. Upon downloading the update, players will have the chance to decorate their 3DS home screens with a selection of popular “Pokemon,” ranging from the original series to more recent entries.

Among the new badges are popular “Pokemon” that players are sure to clamor to decorate their 3DS home screen panels with. Among the “Pokemon” badges are Pikachu, Pichu, Gyarados, Lucario, Charmander, Charizard, Pichu, Meowth, Igglypuff, Eevee, Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon and Pidgey. It also includes legendary “Pokemon” like MewTwo, Rayquaza, Groudon and Kyogre.

Players should act fast as like other badges, the “Pokemon” badges will available for a limited time. The “Pokemon” badges will last until Nov. 23.

The “Pokemon” badges join the ranks of other game-based badges. Previous additions to the crane game simulator include “Mario Kart,” “Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Two Worlds,” “Animal Crossing” and “Splatoon.”

Players should always log in the “Nintendo Badge Arcade” as the game is subjected to regular updates. The game will receive new grabbers and badges every Friday Siliconera reports, but of course each update will be available for a limited time only.

Released only last week, the “Nintendo Badge Arcade” is a simple crane game simulator free to download at the 3DS eShop. Winning badges allows the players to decorate their home screen to their likings. However, each round at the crane game isn’t free as players are required to pay a small fee for every 5 tries.
