‘Pokemon Shuffle,’ ‘Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire’ events feature Ho-Oh, Lugia, Banettite and Hoopa Pokemon
A new batch of events are coming to “Pokemon Shuffle” and “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.” With these events come a couple of Pokemon that fans can win and get in the games.
Both the Nintendo 3DS and mobile versions of “Pokemon Shuffle” are getting three challenges, Serebii reported. The first is the Celebi stage, which is in celebration of the four million download milestone for the “Pokemon Shuffle” mobile.
Having its first run on the mobile version and returning to the “Pokemon Shuffle” 3DS is the High pee Challenge, where Lugia will be up for grabs. The Ho-Oh stage is also coming to both of the games. All three challenges will run until Nov. 9.
On the other hand, players who have participated in a recently concluded “Pokemon Shuffle” event for the Mega Banette stage can now get the Banettite. Ranked players will also get their respective prizes. For those who do not qualify in the ranks can still get the Disruption Delay. Players have until Nov. 2 to make sure that they check in to the game to retrieve the items.
In the U.K., players of “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire” there is a Hoopa event held by GAME stores. According to the source, GAME is giving away codes for Hoopa until Nov. 5. The code can be used games including “Pokemon X,” “Pokemon Y” “Pokemon Omega Ruby” and “Pokemon Alpha Sapphire” anytime until Jan. 10, 2016. It appears that other European events are still slated for Hoopa, while a North American event is also set to be revealed.
Apart from the new events in “Pokemon Shuffle” and “Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire,” fans may want to anticipate the appearance of game director Junichi Masuda in Japanese TV show Pokemon Get TV. According to iDigital Times, GameFreak has teased Masuda’s appearance over Twitter.
What is interesting about this is how Masuda’s appearance comes a day after the November issue of CoroCoro magazine releases. The lack of updates regarding “Pokemon Z” may be compensated for by this issue. Of course, this does not automatically mean that there is an announcement for “Pokemon Z.” But considering how Zygarde and its many different forms have been teased for the past few months, there is a possibility of an announcement brewing.
