'Pokemon X and Y': Visit Friend Safari and Hall of Fame Friends to Find Pokemon with Hidden Abilities [WATCH VIDEOS]

"Pokemon X and Y" players must visit the Friend Safari and the Hall of Fame Friends to find Pokemon with hidden abilities. Friend Safari is a facility in the "Pokemon X and Y" game that is found in Kiloude City. It allows players to catch up to three new Pokemon including those with hidden abilities as well as shiny and rare Pokemon such as a wild Quilladin, a wild Braixen, a wild Frogadier and a wild Chansey. Check out some tips below on how to go to the Friend Safari and the Hall of Fame Friends.

First, "Pokemon X and Y" players must add friends in their Nintendo 3DS. Then, after defeating the Pokemon League, including the Elite Four and the Champion, they need to talk to Professor Sycamore at the Lumiose station in Lumiose City to be able to catch a train ride to Kiloude City.

Once players are in Kiloude City, just proceed to the Friend Safari facility located at the right side. It is just past the Pokemon Center. Players need to go up a flight of stairs and then go to the building on the far right corner. The Friend Safari facility is the one with the Camouflage Poke Ball on top of the door.

Upon entering, just proceed to the lady at the desk and she will explain how the Friend Safari works. Basically, "Pokemon X and Y" players can choose any friend from their list of friends registered in the Nintendo 3DS and then try to catch some new Pokemon. Keep in mind that the kinds of Pokemon found in the Safari will not change, but players can get different Pokemons every time they enter the Friend Safari.

Friend codes must be used in the Friend Safari and the facilities found in the game will differ per code. If the friends of "Pokemon X and Y" players are included in the Hall of Fame, they can get up to three kinds of Pokemon, including those with hidden abilities such as a wild Spiritomb, a wild Excadrill and a wild Ninetales. For regular friends, players can only get two kinds of Pokemon including the Kanto and Kalos Starter Pokemon in their second stage of evolution such as Wartortle, Charmeleon and Ivysaur. Remember, all the Pokemons in the Friend Safari are at level 30. They can be weakened using any of the Pokemons in a player's party. After weakening the desired Pokemon, players can now capture them using any of the Poke Balls in a player's bag.

That's why "Pokemon X and Y" players should visit the Friend Safari and the Hall of Fame Friends as soon as possible to find Pokemons with hidden abilities as well as rare and shiny Pokemons. Have fun at the Friend Safari and try to catch 'em all!
