iPad Mini with Retina display is available in Apple Stores and third party retailers.

These third party retailers, WalMart, Best Buy and Target, offer iPad deals just right before the release date of the iPad Mini with Retina display and ahead of the much awaited Black Friday Sale.

On its Black Friday Sale, WalMart is offering the original 16 GB iPad Mini for $299, and consumers who will buy the device will receive a $100 gift card that can be used in buying other devices in the store.

Meanwhile, Target announced that it will give a $100 gift card to buyers who will purchase the iPad Air for $479. Moreover, the retailer will give $75 gift card to those who will buy the first generation of iPad Mini.

Best Buy, on the other hand, offers $50 to $70 off the price of iPad Air depending on the storage variant. The retailer is also offering the 16 GB iPad 2 for $299.99 as part of its BestBuy.com Black Friday Sale, which is $100 off its current price.

It seems that retailers still want to gain profits on the remaining stocks of previous iPad models as retailers anticipate high demand for new models of Apple's tablet. Moreover, it is predicted that Apple will join the much anticipated Black Friday Sale this year. The company is known to be very strict on the retail price of its devices.

The new iPad Mini will pack a Retina display, which is the popular screen display feature of Apple devices. The new miniature tablet will also pack 64-bit A7 chip processor and M7 GPU that were first seen in iPhone 5S. The tablet is available in 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB storage variants.

The iPad Mini with Retina display will also sport the latest iOS 7 that will bring new features to the tablet. Lastly, Apple boosted the battery of the new iPad Mini and the company promises up to 10 hours of battery life despite extensive usage. iPad Mini with Retina display price starts at $399.
