The bets are in and most bookies are making the same prediction when it comes to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s second royal baby’s sex. Based on the recent betting odds, Prince George is expected to welcome a baby sister on late-April with Kate Middleton is expected to give birth on April 25, according to Mirror UK.

British-based gaming company, Ladbrokes, revealed recently that most betters are confident that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are going to welcome a little princess, with 82% of all wagers predicting a baby girl. But the bets did not stop on the baby’s sex, punters are also betting for the baby girl’s name with Alice leading the list. Other royal baby names on the list include Elizabeth, Charlotte and Victoria.

"The nation would love to see a new princess join the royal family and punters have their money where their mouth is and forced the odds to be cut," Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said in a statement.

And speaking of royal baby girl, ABC News’ royal contributor Victoria Murphy revealed that Prince Charles is “particularly excited” about the new baby. She also revealed that Prince William wanted a girl when Kate was pregnant with Prince George and Prince Charles also wanted a granddaughter this time around.

Murphy concluded that the royal couple “would be very happy if they had another boy.”

But until then, royal watchers are playing the guessing games when it comes to the baby’s sex and name, even Kate’s exact due date. Now officially on maternity leave, the Duchess of Cambridge was reportedly picking samples of pink paint over the weekend as she prepare the baby’s nursery room in Anmer Hall.

Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate Middleton together with Prince George and their new baby are set to move in the country home in Norfolk. Vanity Fair’s royal correspondent Katie Nichol revealed that the royal couple “are determined to be in their new home before the baby is born,” after more than two years after they started refurbishing the country estate, Anmer Hall.

William recently started his new job with Bond Air Services and is set to be spending more time in Norfolk for his new job. Kate is set to give birth at the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s hospital in Paddington and will head to Anmer Hall once they are done with the photo call.
