PS4 News: inFamous: Second Son Detailed, Possible Console Shipping Issues & a New Game Title
Ever since it was announced on the PS4 platform, a lot have been waiting for news about inFamous: Second Son. Now more details have been revealed, starting with what the plot is going to be like for the game.
In an interview with Game Informer, it was revealed that Delsin Rowe would be the star of the game who, by chance, discovers that he is a Conduit, a being with special powers. Rowe has the power to manipulate smoke-seemingly downplayed compared to the previous protagonist's electricity, ice, and fire powers.
The story takes place seven years after the previous one, and details on how Rowe's power will exactly be of any help to him as he faces off with the negative reception of Conduits in this current setting.
However, IGN reports that what's striking about the game is that it may put the PS4's DualShock 4 to the test as Rowe's smoke is absorbed by using the touch pad. In addition, it will also put a strain on your strategy and tactics, as smoke, being Rowe's power, will be more difficult to obtain, and thus harder to manage by.

Another game title added to PS4 list
Sony has been very vocal about its wants for the PS4, and that is for the console to not just be filled with AAA games or shooter games.
And while news of AAA games being launch titles for Sony's next-gen console continues to crop up, there have also been titles slated for a niche audience that offer a different gaming experience.
This time, the newest title addition is from indie developer Honeyslug, which features a 2D sandbox game called Hohokum.
EuroGamer reports that this game features The Long Mover, a giant snake creature that aims to interact with the landscape and villages in the game. Unlike other games where an overall goal exists-finish the boss, retrieve a treasure, escape all the level alive-Hohokum focuses more o what you can be doing for fun, your own idea of fun.
"We really want Hohokum to be a game where the player feels comfortable just moving around spaces in a playful, expressive, creative way. What is the 'main goal' of someone who is snowboarding or flying a kite?" said Richard Hogg, co-creator of the game.
Check out this Hohokum gameplay trailer from Slug Vids, which was released a few years back, showing just how much time has already been dedicated to this game.
Shipping issues predicted?
Compared to the Xbox 720, the PS4 has been more grounded on its planned release date, which is during the holiday season of this year.
However, it seems that reports are now showing that Sony ma encounter shipping problems for its planned 12 to 16 million unit delivery, reports VG 24/7.
It seems that even with production already pushing forward, there has been no word yet with regard to the shipment of the consoles.
While the impressive number of units shows Sony's optimism against its rival, Microsoft, the minute details of the potential delay may mean that the shipment may not happen in 2013.
