"Titanfall" is looking to be a sweet game, but if you are set on only buying the PS4, it's likely that you won't get to play the franchise at all.

Once thought to be a time exclusive deal with the Xbox 360, Xbox One and the PC, it has now become official with EA that "Titanfall" will never come to Sony's next-gen PS4.

Forbes reports that EA has already come into an agreement with Microsoft that makes the franchise exclusive for its lifetime, though this only applies for the first game, unless announced otherwise in the future.

The apparent clue to the possible sequel still coming to the PS4 was taken from a tweet of Vince Zampella of Respawn, wherein a game for the PS4 is not out of the question, save for the first installment of "Titanfall."

Two Games Seen in All its Glory on the PS4

"Battlefield 4" and "FIFA 14," two of the games that are expected to come out for the next-gen consoles already have released gameplay footage that show off the game being played on the PS4.

CVG has gotten its hands on the videos, the first being the Lancang Dam conquest and the other being the Golmud Railway conquest, which comprise around 50 minutes of gameplay for Battlefield 4, both of which you can check in the links above.

They are pretty much exploratory videos, which show off the sights of the map. The graphics are pretty good and you can see that the world is a pretty big one that you just have to explore.

The times when shots are fired, it's also a nice change to hear realistic gunshot sounds and explosions, something that the developers were probably aiming for in the hopes of giving realism a front seat for "Battlefield 4."

For the PS4, Videogamer has also confirmed that you will require 34.9 GB of storage space for download, which is a bit more than the PC version.

"FIFA 14" is another game that has recently released gameplay footage via the PS4, also care of EA. Web Pro News found the video of "FIFA 14," and shows off what's supposedly the IGNITE engine as used in the game. Click here to watch the video.

Note that all the videos are most likely compressed by YouTube, so it may not show the entire glory of the graphics captured in the PS4 version.

Limited to 500 GB

The 500 GB memory cap for the PS4 is, sadly, not expandable. Sony has recently posted a few FAQs about the PS4 on the PlayStation Blog revealing that and more.

However, it has also been confirmed that the PS4's standard hard drive can be replaced. In fact, users can opt to install a new hard drive to the device, so long as they are able to equip it with a new 5400 RPM SATA II hard drive that is 9.5 mm and has a bigger memory than 160 GB.

Aside from this, it has also been confirmed that 4K content for video and gaming are not yet supported by the PS4, but support for still image and movie content is being highly considered by the company.
