PS4 News: Two New Exclusive Titles Teased As PlayStation TV Becomes Available
In a month, the PS4 will be celebrating an entire year of its lifespan following its launch last year, November 2014. But this is far from the end of keeping watch on Sony's next-gen, because apparently, the company has more in store for the PS4.
If anything, 2015 may be a month worth watching out for when it comes to the PS4. According to Gamepur, the PlayStation Experience, which is a massive event that will be a major source of exclusive and excitement involving Sony's newest console. The report adds that the event will also be a gateway from which fans can take a peek at what's coming for the PS4 once the date hits 2015.
Gamepur quotes a couple of tweets from Gamelog France, wherein reports are now trickling in that the PS4 will have another exclusive title up for announcement come December. But that's not the end of the juicy teaser, as the exclusive title itself is predicted to cause a huge impact on fans, both good and bad alike.

Guerrilla's Upcoming Still-Untitled PS4 Exclusive Detailed
Developer for "Killzone: Mercenary," Guerilla Camridge, is expected to debut a new PS4 exclusive, though for the past months, fans have not heard of new details regarding the new IP. Now, DualShockers managed to land a few information regarding the title's graphics, which have been taken from career ads for the team.
According to the report, Guerilla Camridge is currently looking for a Senior Shader Artist who is experienced in physically based shading, a technique that provides interaction between light and materials. The main aim is to produce a realistic effect in the game.
Read further, the job ad also looks for the ability to conduct Bidrectional Reflectance Distribution Function, which makes the consideration of light directions even more complex. If anything, the PS4 title that Guerilla Camridge is looking to create may be aiming for a realistic effect that may make use of dynamism of light effects, though fans may still have to wait for more details on the title.
PlayStation TV Top Box Out Now
In terms of hardware, Sony is rolling out another device in the form of the PlayStation TV. This is already available in North America, with the aim of bringing a lot of games and entertainment content from the PlayStation Store. Currently, there are more than 150 games already available for playing on the PlayStation TV.
Tom's Hardware has detailed the different features and specs of the PlayStation TV, which includes a PS Vita card slot, a memory card slot, a USB port, an HDMI port and an Ethernet port. The PlayStation TV packs a powerful four Cortex-A9 cores, 128GB of VRAM, 1GB of internal storage, 512 MB of RAM and four PowerVR SGX543MP4-plus GPU cores, which are similar to what the PS Vita has inside its handheld structure.
This is one of Sony's moves to expand the reach of its PlayStation franchise. Considering the different ways that game are being offered for consumption, including the next-gen experience, handheld via the PS Vita, remote play of PS4 games and more, the PlayStation TV is slated to open up new potentials in the market. The PlayStation TV is currently offered at $89.99, with a couple of bundles made available for potential users.
