'Ray Donovan' season 3 finale spoilers: Abby and Terry have startling revelations for Ray in “Exsuscito”

On Sunday, Sept. 27, the Season 3 finale of “Ray Donovan” will feature the titular character finally discovering the truth between his daughter Bridget (Kerris Dorsey) and her teacher Mr. Donellen’s (Aaron Staton) relationship.

“Ray Donovan” Season 3, episode 12 titled “Exsuscito,” will feature Abby (Paula Malcomson) and Terry (Eddie Marsan) revealing some facts to Ray (Liev Schreiber) about Bridget, TV Guide reports . The news is most likely related to her inappropriate attraction to Mr. Greg Donellen (Staton). In the previous episode, Bridget even went to her teacher’s house saying that they were supposed to be together. Her teacher, however, knows that their relationship is wrong and closed the door on her. Abby obviously cannot discipline Bridget by herself and wants Ray to also play his role as a father. Considering his short fuse, Ray will most likely target Mr. Donellen next.

In episode 11, titled “ Poker ,” Abby also ended up kissing Terry. She might confess what happened between her and Ray’s brother. CarterMatt reports that Ray appeared more broken and weary than ever. He might have some discoveries that made him feel so down.

Previously, Ray finally got himself out of the situation posed by Ed Cochran (Hank Azaria) and Andrew Finney (Ian McShane). They planned to implicate Ray for the murder of Varick Strauss (Jason Butler Harner). Finney told the police that Ray was the killer who used a fire poker to murder Varick. Cochran planted the murder weapon in Ray’s bathroom apartment, but the latter managed to throw it out before the authorities arrived. Lena (Katherine Moennig) disposed of the poker and Varick’s decomposing body in the dumpster at Finney’s place and burned these. Cochran was left alive in the parking garage at Dybek.

The recent revelations about Ray’s family will most likely leave the titular character in a more depressed state than ever. His anger and frustration can only spell doom for his enemies. More entanglements with Paige (Katie Holmes) and her father are also expected in the upcoming season. Fans can only see how things unravel for the darker Ray. The show got a green light for a fourth season in early August, along with the other Showtime hit “Masters of Sex.” David Hollander will be back on season 4 as showrunner and executive producer, according to Deadline .

The season finale of “Ray Donovan” will air on Sept. 27 at 9 p.m. EST on Showtime.
