The world had seen Charlie Sheen using the web in firing at producers, zeroing on CBS honcho, Chuck Lorre. In the last two weeks, the beleaguered but America’s highest-paid television actor had conducted his own media tour, dropping by at all major television news and magazine programs of all major television networks in America.

His Twitter account has recorded 2.1 followers in less than three days while the first episode of his e-talk show the “Two and a Half Men” actor has dubbed as “Sheen’s Korner” has collected more than 100,000 page views with its pilot episode broadcast by UStream last Saturday.

But the same weapons he used in his personal attacks against his bosses were used to send him a message that brought him one of the biggest surprises and probably, a huge defeat of his career - - contrary to what seemed a one-word slogan in his Twitter account, “#Winning”.

With the legal termination notice sent to the actor’s lawyer, Martin D. Singer by email and messenger, the actor is sure not in a #Winning-mode right now.

Representing Warner Bros. Television or popularly known as Warner Bros is Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. The legal document, signed by John W. Spiegel consisted of an eleven page argumentations of why Warner Bros. has exercised “its rights to terminate its agreement with Sheen”. The ten additional pages contained the list of all the weblinks of media coverage about the actor from February 24, 2011 and presumably shortly before the letter was sent to Sheen’s lawyer, Martin D. Singer, of Lavely & Singer.

The letter summarized the circumstances the producers used in sending the actor the notice of termination. These circumstances underscored why the actor has been sacked from the hit TV series where he is paid a tremendous amount, making him America’s highest-paid television actor.

Lawyers' arguments are enumerated as follows:

A. Mr. Sheen's Deteriorating Condition and Escalating Erratic Conduct

B. Warner Bros. Has No Obligation To Pay Mr. Sheen For the Cancelled Episodes Under The Parties' Agreement.

C. Warner Bros. Is Entitled To Exercise Its Rights To Terminate The Agreement.

D. D. Mr. Sheen's Conduct Has Caused Warner Bros. Substantial Damages.

E. This Dispute Must Be Arbitrated.

The letter underscored the importance of people around Charlie Sheen to help the beleaguered actor to find ways to seek the treatment he needs.
