It may have been reported recently that Harry Styles of One Direction is going stead with actress Emily Atack. But the young heartthrob confirmed otherwise; saying that he is single and that he is not even dating.

Sources said that the two dated for some time but for the past couple of months, they have not been in touch. The reported fling started when the 'Hollyoaks' actress tweeted about her adoration of the boy band member. It is assumed that Styles himself also got in touch with the star.

A report from Now Magazine stated that it was Styles who did much of the chasing part, and that he was challenged by her personality. It was said that Atack is one of the few girls who was not 'starstruck' by him. The reason behind the two not pushing through a relationship is still not revealed.

One Direction is presently on tour around Canada and America. They were asked during their visit on 'The Today Show' on their relationship statuses.

Louis Tomlinson is going steady for a year with model, Eleanor Calder, while Liam Payne is dating a dancer by the name of Danielle Peazar. Zayn Malik just started seeing Perrie Edwards, star of 'Little Mix.'

And yes girls, Harry Styles is single.

One Direction also has plans of becoming stars on the movies just like other music groups in the past like 'The Beatles.'
