Rihanna had to cancel her concert for her Loud Tour at the Malmo Arena in Sweden when she came down with a bad case of flu.

The "We Found Love" singer posted a picture on her Twitter account of her arm hooked up to an IV at a hospital along with a tweet saying, "Sorry Malmo!!!#LOUDtour."

The singer released a statement for those who are expecting to see her perform in concert.

"I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo, Sweden. I was so excited to perform for you all. It would have been a great time... so much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I'm really disappointed I couldn't be there," Rihanna said.

According to her Web site, Live Nation, the concert promoter, is planning to reschedule the performance. Details are expected to be released soon.
