After her open interview with the Kardashian family, Oprah is moving on to Rihanna. The veteran talk show host revealed on Twitter that Rihanna would appear on an upcoming episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter."

Without an exact date of premier, Rihanna would be sitting down with Oprah Winfrey for a tell-all interview this coming August. According to MTV, a representative of OWN hasn't responded about further details of the future interview.

Back in 2010, Rihanna appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show and performed Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" to benefit the victims of an earthquake in Haiti. In 2009, Oprah also dedicated an entire episode for her show discussing about domestic violence. It was said to be inspired by the Chris Brown-Rihanna assault.

"If you go back with a man who hits you, it's because you don't think you're worthy of being with a man who won't. I've said before, 'Love doesn't hurt, and if a man hits you once, he will hit you again,'" Oprah said as a message to young women who find themselves in the same situation. Rihanna however refused to make an appearance for the episode.

Given Rihanna's current headlines, one being her reconnection with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and the recent brawl between her ex and another RnB singer Drake, the singer and the talk show host definitely have a lot of interesting things to talk about.

To add up to the recent controversies she's been into for the previous months, Rihanna added another when she posted a picture of her new tattoo on Twitter. It was a falcon that looked like a handgun which she had inked on her ankle.

"Falcon: a light that shines in the darkness! Never close their eyes during sleep," she captioned together with the picture.
