Despite reports of a reconciled relationship with actress Kristen Stewart, British heartthrob Robert Pattinson was spotted getting cozy in the early hours of the morning by placing his arm around a mysterious blonde girl at an exclusive night club in New York City. Blurry photographs of the "Twilight" actor with his unknown female companion were leaked online.

Ever since the embarrassing cheating scandal, Robert Pattinson has kept a low-profile life by attending pre-arranged events and press junkets. The actor has also awkwardly avoided discussing the issue in every interview.

MailOnline.com reports that Robert Pattinson, together with his friends Tom Sturridge and Sienna Miller, arrived at the Electronic Room Bar inside the fashionable Dream Hotel in Manhattan at around 1:30am. Then, the group stayed there for a couple more hours until the 26-year-old actor and the mysterious blonde girl were spotted having a deep conversation at the club.

"He had his arm slung around her at one point and they chatted for most of the night. They looked like they were having a great time and the girl was making him laugh a lot," a source revealed according to Mail Online.com. "There was about five of them but it looked like Robert only had eyes for the girl. They sat really close to each other on the couch," the source reportedly added.

Robert Pattinson and Tom Sturridge had a few drinks at the IFC Film Dinner earlier that night where one witness told US Weekly that Pattinson appeared to be in a really good mood. Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart was reportedly in Hollywood spending some quality time with her father, John, at a "Florence and the Machine" concert.

Reports are now suggesting that the reconciliation rumors of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart is a mere publicity stunt for the release of the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2" this November.
