Robert Pattinson’s reveals distaste for inapt ‘tweeting’ in Sydney conference [VIDEO]
Twilight star, Robert Pattinson has asked his fans to just approach him instead of tweeting sneaky photos
British hunk Robert Pattinson has asked his fans to simply approach him instead of taking stolen pictures to be posted on Twitter, revealing his utter distaste for inappropriate tweeting.
The 'Twilight' star made his suggeston at a press conference for his latest movie, ‘Water for Elephants’ during a conference at Luna Park in Sydney.
"I never use it," Pattinson said when asked about his experience on the social networking site. "I have never found anything interesting on it. I don't know how it works."
But the actor was quick to point out that his only experience with Twitter was when fans would tweet about his location, even when he was dining in a restaurant.
He explained that he has no problems with it except when fans take pictures without his knowledge and then post it on Twitter.
That, he said, is what he finds revolting.
"I wanted to shove the phone down their throat," R-Patz strongly asserted describing fans getting busy with their phones the minute he walks in any restaurant.
"Do they want it to be complete mayhem when they leave the restaurant?," Pattinson added, according to The Herald Sun.
Expressing dismay over fans who don’t say hello ‘the old-fashioned way’, the actor added, noted Herald Sun saying: "What I don't like is people being sneaky, Tweeting and taking photographs."
Well, folks, next time you see R-Patz enjoying his bloody steak, just say hello. Who knows, he may ask you to grab a bite.
Pattinson is in Sydney for the premiere of his latest film, 'Water for Elephants' which the actor co-star with newly-married Reese Witherspoon.
Joining the film’s big stars is director Francis Lawrence, who said that there was no doubt in his mind that Pattinson was the right man for the job the first time he sat with him, describing the Twilight star, sharing some commonalities with the character he played in the film.
Meanwhile the actor discussed at the Sydney conference about his decision in joining the film, 'Water for Elephants' and how he thinks it was the right thing for him to do.
