Since his recent divorce from wife Danielle Spencer, Russell Crowe has been tight-lipped about it until a "Twitter" message from a fan made the Australian actor react. The "Gladiator" actor is reportedly grateful for the support he receives from his fans which became his drive to maintain a positive behavior towards his current situation.

Showing her sympathy on Crowe's divorce, a woman named Sarah directly posted a message on Russell Crowe's "Twitter" page saying "Heard about your separation today. I said a prayer for you and your family" to which the 48-year-old actor replied at RussellCrowe @russellcrowe: "Hey Sarah, that was very kind of you. Thank you for your thoughts."

The Academy Award-winning actor also expressed his pain about being away most of the time from his sons. Apparently, Russell Crowe's very busy work schedule has kept him apart from his family.

"This morning I'm sending out positive connective energy to any dads who are separated from the kids they love," Crowe said at the @russellcrowe Twitter page.

In another "Twitter" message on his @russellcrowe page, Russell Crowe revealed his humorous side after making fun of his beard which he had to dramatically grow for his biblical epic film "Noah."

The actor shared that he has no plans of becoming a Santa Claus look-alike during the holiday season.

"The beard will be gone mid November so, no I'm not booking Christmas shows #missedopportunity," Crowe posted.

As for the haters who made nasty comments on his Twitter account, Russell Crowe posted a message that lashed out at the troublesome people.

"Hey haters, every min u are harassing me is another min u are distracted from spewing hate at people who are less resolute. Haha,God bless," Crowe wrote.

For now, Russell Crowe is currently juggling his time filming his six movie projects: "The Man with the Iron Fists," "Les Miserables," "Broken City," "Man of Steel," "Noah" and "Winter's Tale."
