Ryan Gosling's Vine Tribute To Ryan McHenry: Actor Finally Eats His Cereal
"Ryan Gosling Won't His Cereals" meme-Vine creator Ryan McHenry passed away after the long battle with cancer. The actor who's McHenry's subject for creating most of his Vine memes, Ryan Gosling, paid tribute to him by eating his cereals.
"The Notebook" actor posted a short video tribute to the late Vine Star by eating cereals on Monday night. Aside from posting a short video, the actor also tweeted a heartfelt message to the late Vine Star.
"My heart goes out to all of Ryan McHenry's family and friends. Feel very lucky to have been a part of his life in some small way," Gosling tweeted.
Aside from Gosling, online users paid tribute through Twitter. Christine Erickson shared a video compilation of the late Scottish film maker McHenry. The video compilation contains Vine videos from 2013 to 2014.
Gawker reports that McHenry started his fame when he created Vine series featuring Gosling's refusal to eat cereals in May 2013. The short Vine videos were taken from the actor's movies and some television interviews.
The late Internet sensation got his idea when he was eating cereals while watching the movie "Drive." According to Sky, when the Internet star was watching the movie, he noticed that by holding a spoon with cereals in front of the screen, he could make Hollywood actor appear refusing to eat.
As per Time, the Vine star died at the age of 27. He lost his battle to the type of bone cancer known as osteosarcoma. Even though he was struggling with cancer, the young filmmaker showed bravery and positivity by posting a short video where he smiled. The video was captioned "Another 17 tumours removed."

Meanwhile, the late filmmaker's friends created a page for donations to a cancer charity in his loving memory.
