It’s believed Samsung is working on its second-generation "A" series handsets and plans to invigorate the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, and the Galaxy A7. The user agent profile that appeared on the Hungarian website shows the Samsung Galaxy A5 will have a display of 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. This is contrary to previous reports the Samsung Galaxy A5 will sport a display with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. But if the latest rumors are legit, the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) will feature a similar display resolution as its predecessor.
The Samsung Galaxy A5 Will Be Powered By An Armv11 64-Bit Processor clocked at 1.5GHz, according to the leaked user agent profile. Further information about the smartphone wasn’t revealed by the user agent profile, however.
Other rumors suggest the new Samsung Galaxy A5 is expected to have a 5.2-inch full HD display, while its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A4, boasts a 5-inch display. It’s believed Samsung’s octa-core Exynos 7 processor will be incorporated in the next-generation Galaxy A5 (2016) along with 2 GB of RAM.
A 13 MP rear-facing camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera are featured in the original Samsung Galaxy A5, and customers expect the new Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) will feature a better camera than its predecessor.
The next-gen Samsung Galaxy A5 will come with 16 GB of internal storage along with the expandable storage capacity through microSD card, according to some reports.
It could be the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Customers, however, expect the smartphone will be pre-installed with the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system instead. No official confirmation has been received about the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016).
