As Samsung Galaxy A7 Release Date Approaches, Astounding Details On Specs Are Revealed
Samsung has already launched two Galaxy A series handsets till now, the Galaxy A3 and the Galaxy A5. The South Korean tech giant will be very soon unleashing another handset from the same family, the Galaxy A7. Since the Samsung Galaxy A7 release date is around the corner, new rumours on the specifications and features have surfaced.
The Galaxy A series includes midrange handsets from Samsung. According to SamMobile, the speculated Samsung Galaxy A7 specifications will be featuring a 5.5-inch display screen with support for full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The handset will get its power to perform from the Exynos 543 chipset. It is the same chipset that fires up the Galaxy Note 4. Since Samsung is making use one of its best chipset for the Galaxy A7, it can be assumed that the handset won't come out with a lower price tag like the Galaxy A3 and the Galaxy A5.
The Exynos 5433 chipset comprises of an octa-core processor that contains four cores of Cortex A57 clocking at 1.8 GHz and the other four cores of Cortex A53 clocking at 1.3 GHz. The Snapdragon variant of the handset will be powered by the Snapdragon 615 SoC which isn't a high-end chipset. Comparatively, the Snapdragon variant of Galaxy A7 will be inferior to its Exynos variant. The chipset of the Galaxy A7 will be supported by 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage of the handset is 16 GB and its will come preloaded with Android v4.4.4. KitKat.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 features a 13 MP rear camera and the front-facing camera is of 5 MP. The handset will be equipped by a 2600 mAh battery. The Galaxy A7 is a very slim handset as its thickness is only 6.3 mm and it measures 150 x 75 mm and weighs 150 g. It will sport a metal chassis like the other Galaxy A series smartphones. The other inexpensively priced members of the Galaxy A series also come with metal construction. As of this writing, Samsung has not announced the Galaxy A7 and its specifications officially.
