Samsung Galaxy Note 2 4.3 Jelly Bean update is reported rolling out in UK and Canada but still unavailable in the U.S.

In Canada, carriers such as Videotron and Mobilicity are already offering the 4.3 Jelly Bean update on Samsung's phablet. The carriers provided an Over-The-Air update to owners who will receive notifications.

In the UK, on the other hand, its rolling out but comes with issues and problems. Some users complain that they lose their signal and some of their apps disappeared after installing the new OS in their Samsung Galaxy Note 2. It is advised that users revert back to their previous firmware until Samsung deliver a stable update.

The delay in the roll out of 4.3 Jelly Bean to Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in the U.S. may be due to the issues experienced in 4.3 Jelly Bean update in the Galaxy S3 and S4. It was previously reported that the update will be delayed indefinitely.

It was thought that Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will soon receive the 4.3 Jelly Bean update since a firmware was leaked last month via SamMobile. However, the roll out dates for the official version is still not confirmed. The report said that the latest build is very close to the final version. Thus, users may encounter almost no problem installing the firmware.

The latest update brings several changes to the Galaxy Note II UI. The handset will now resemble the Galaxy S4 and the Note 3, which already received the Android 4.3 treatment.
