Samsung Galaxy Note 2 could soon come in a variety of colours, so those who are not fans of Pearl White or Titanium Grey might see this as good news. Unaffected by Samsung's existing shades for Note 2? You might soon be able to choose from red and amber brown colours, too. Then again, some people turn to phablet cases to give their devices a personalized look.

Samsung Galaxy Note II could still attract new buyers - tablet users looking for a lighter device, Android upgraders, iOS defectors, and others. Meanwhile, some of the current users are already looking into news and updates on its upcoming upgrade, the Galaxy Note 3.

Korea Times has reported via SamMobile the Galaxy Note III will come with a 6.3-inch OLED display, which is nearly an inch size increase from the current 5.55-inch at 720p resolution. To some buyers, this almost-an-inch creates a huge difference - some good, some bad. Size can be a tricky thing.

The Galaxy Note III is expected to be unveiled sometime within the first quarter of 2013. And it will not come in a small package. As for the weight -- the Galaxy Note II is about 185 g. It is difficult to imagine its successor would be lighter.

The Note II has a quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, Android Jelly Bean 4, and the Galaxy Note. With these excellent futures, a typical gadget watcher must be for some geek fest. Improvements of these specs are expected on the Note III.
