The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is reportedly set to be available in the U.K from 16 Sept. Customers are eagerly waiting for the release date of the device.

Engadget reportedly got an image from a source claiming to work for Three U.K. The online store sells mobile phone, mobile broadband services and tablets. The image was of an internal document showing 16 Sept to be the date when the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be available for sale in the country.

The web site, however, adds that this news should be taken with a pinch of salt. The validity of the claims regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has not been verified. The date could also be changed due to unforeseen delays.

Neither Samsung nor Three U.K, have made any official announcement about the availability of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 yet. But the fact that the device is expected to be launched in a few days gives credence to the leaked date of sale.

The leak also claimed that the new device from Sony the Xperia Z1 would be available for sale from 24 Sept. Even in this case neither Sony nor Three U.K, have made any official announcements to this effect. But the device is expected to be launched in a few days.

Meanwhile there have been persistent leaks and rumours about the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Earlier there was a leaked image of the device showing a square design. Another leak showcased the wallpaper of the device. The wallpaper was a colourful image with different bright colours coming together.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is rumoured to come with 5.68 inch screen with Amoled display, Snapdragon 800 chip and 3 GB RAM. It is said to come in 32GB and 64GB variants. The battery is said to be 3300 mAh.

The device is said to come with a 13 MP camera and is expected to run on the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
