Samsung Galaxy Note 3 High End Specs and Features; Release Date Rumors Back to September
The rumoured Samsung Galaxy Note 3 may come with high end specs and features as release date rumours points back to September.
According to an analyst, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will not be launched later today at the June 20 press event of Samsung. The Korean analyst also said that Galaxy Note 3's launch is indeed in September. The pattern of the previous Samsung Galaxy Note launches was the first clue to hint towards a September release date for the Galaxy Note 3. The South Korean phone maker is usually announcing the Galaxy Note members around the IFA 2013 Berlin.
The first Galaxy Note was announced at the aforementioned tech fair, while its successor, the popular Galaxy Note 2 was introduced only a couple of days ahead of the IFA Berlin 2012 debut, during a special Samsung Unpacked event.
This year's IFA Berlin edition will happen on September 6 to 15 and based on previous Note releases, the phablet will be released one week ahead in order to get all the media attention it seeks. This basically means that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be introduced during an Unpacked Event in the September 1-5 time frame.
New rumours emerged claiming that Samsung's phablet may come with incredible specs such as 13 megapixels rear camera and the latest Android operating system.
A leaked camera sample surfaced online that served as proof that Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will indeed have a 13MP camera in tow. The photo was spotted by a tech blogger in India, the EXIF data of a camera sample from the photo-sharing site, which has since been removed.
EXIF data also reveals a 2322 x 4128 resolution, which is what a 13-megapixel sensor produces at 16:9 aspect ratio, as well as an f/2.2 aperture and a 31mm focal length, which is exactly the same as the lens on board the Galaxy S4.
Another report claimed that Note 3 will come with the latest 4.2.2 version of the Android OS. It may be packed with the latest Android 4.3 if Google releases it by September. If not, it will most likely come with Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
Some of the other rumoured specs and features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are: 6.3-inch Full HD screen display; unbreakable, flexible screen; 8-core Exynos 5 Octa processor chip; stylus And finger hovering feature; Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS; 16 megapixel rear camera with auto focus, LED flash and BSI and 3 megapixel front camera with 'Best Photo,' 'Best Faces,' low light show and BSI; 32, 64 and 128 GB internal memory options expandable storage via microSD cards; 4,000 mAh Li-on battery.
However, Samsung's spokesperson said that the company does not comment on rumours.
