Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite LTE Will Have a Green Version
Following the success of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 series, reports about a Samsung Galaxy Note Lite version started surfacing. According to recent information, the Korean tech giant wants to release a more affordable version of the series thus the term "Lite." Aside from the more affordable package, the new Lite series will also reportedly offer a green version.
According to reports, the green version of the Galaxy Note Lite will be available around mid-March. Samsung may announce the device during the MWC 2014. As previous practice of the company, it releases other variants of the line a month or two after.
Majority of Samsung Android smartphones can be bought in a range of color variants. However, this is the first time that green will be part of the lineup. Nonetheless, reports claim that there are indications Samsung will release a green version. Analysts say this can be a good move as it will ignite people's attention from the usual lineup. Most devices are offered in original and Lite versions. Providing a new color to the lineup can be a good marketing strategy.
Sam Mobile tweeted about the green Galaxy Note Lite LTE. According to the website, they got from a reliable source that the green Galaxy Note Lite LTE will be available around the 12th week of 2014. This should be around mid-March.
It was also reported that the Note Lite LTE version will be referred to with a model number SM-N7505. Looking at Samsung's track record with model names, analysts predict that a SM-N7500 (non-LTE) version will be released after.
There are no details yet from Samsung about the features of the Samsung Galaxy Note Lite LTe version. However, there are reports saying that it will feature a 5.7 inch LCD display and an 8MP rear camera. People should expect some compromises on the specs since the device will be cheaper. The processor could be older or Samsung will reduce the resolution.
