A new image of the front panel of the yet to be launched Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has emerged online. The panel is in black colour and the screen is said to be about 5 inches. The design seems to be very similar to the Note 2 except for the corners. The image shows the Note 3 to have curved corners. The leak comes days before the release date of the new device.

Samsung is reportedly launching a set of new devices on Sept 4. The Galaxy Gear and Galaxy Note3 are said to be prominent on the expected list to be launched. The launch is just a few days from the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin. Apple is also set to launch its devices on Sept 10.

The Samsung Note 3 is rumoured to come with either a snap dragon quad core processor or an octa core Exynos 5420 processor. The company may launch both the versions in the market and allow the consumers to make the choice. The new 3GB DDR3 RAM is expected to be installed in the Note 3. The primary camera of the Note 3 is rumoured to be 13 MP with a secondary camera of 2 MP. The device is said to have a better battery life than its predecessor and is said to come in two colour variations - black and white.

The Note 3 is expected to pack all the above features in a slimmer more elegant design. There have been some rumours that the device can come in a metallic body, marking a departure from Samsung's preference of plastic as the material. Many of the Samsung devices come in a plastic body making the devices more affordable to the average consumer. The actual material to be used in the device is still a subject for speculation.

The new image leak of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to raise the curiosity levels of the consumers just before the Sept 4 release date. The device is expected to make its debut alongside the new smart watch Galaxy Gear from Samsung.
