New rumours point to September for the much awaited release of the Samsung's phablet - Galaxy Note 3.

Reports claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will hold its separate Unpacked Event before the IFA Event in Berlin.

Samsung-centric website SamMobile cited a source confirming the release of the Samsung's phablet as well as other Galaxy products. Last week, three Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 handsets have been spotted in DNLA certificates. According to the leaked information Samsung is getting ready for the mass production of two 10-inch new tablets, but also a 7-inch tablet.

This would not be the first time when Samsung launches the Galaxy Tab at IFA, as the manufacture announced the first model at IFA 2010, while the Galaxy Tab 2 was revealed at last year's Mobile World Congress. It looks like with the launch of the Galaxy Tab 3, the company will not issue more software updates to its predecessors, and the second generation Galaxy Tab will remain with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to make its debut in the third quarter of this year. Rumours point to possible September release date. There are speculations that Samsung will hold the announcement of the Note 3 on the annual IFA event in Berlin. The said launch will allow Samsung to maximize its profits and to complete the tried-and-tested September product cycle of the Galaxy Note series.

It is initially speculated that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 would make its grand debut at the 2013 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next week in its keynote. The rumours are fuelled by the significant price drop of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 at some resellers early this month.

Some of the rumoured specs and features of the Note 3 are 6.3-inch Full HD screen display; unbreakable, flexible screen; 8-core Exynos 5 Octa processor chip; stylus And finger hovering feature; Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS; 16 megapixel rear camera with auto focus, LED flash and BSI and 3 megapixel front camera with 'Best Photo,' 'Best Faces,' low light show and BSI; 32, 64 and 128 GB internal memory options expandable storage via microSD cards; 4,000 mAh Li-on battery.
