Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Note Edge and Gear VR Australia Prices Released; 4G Compatibility For Note Devices Announced
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge are some of the most innovative devices that have yet to hit some territories. In fact, these two Note devices are expected to come as premium devices when they dock into the Australian territory upon release.
This is due to the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge will be the first two devices that are compatible with 4G bands. Specifically, these two devices will have the capability for carrier aggregation for the 700MHz and 1800MHz bands.
According to ZDNet, Optus and Telstra are currently are offering these, and with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, the devices can now offer users better and faster speeds using the 4G network. The source has mentioned that this 4G improvement has been a territory that Samsung and Apple have constantly been rumoured to battle against.
But the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have now been officially revealed, and there has been no mention of carrier aggregation being mentioned in terms of Apple's new devices for the Australian territory. This gives the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge more appeal to Australian fans who may be looking for better performance for devices, LTE-wise.
While the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is currently enjoying the limelight of preorder in its homeland of South Korea, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has been announced as a limited edition device by the South Korean company.
