The custom ROM is based on Android v4.4.2 KitKat.

All the Galaxy Note 4 features Ultra Power Saving Mode, Air Commands, Scrapbook, Flipboard and many other features are expected to come along with the new ROM. In order to get all the Note 4 features on your Note II, you will have to flash the device. This may end up messing up your device. Hence, it is important to backup your phablet' data to be on the safe side before you flash the device.
