Samsung Galaxy S4 4.3 Jelly Bean update may come very soon, as the test build of the upgrade was leaked and is available for download.

SamMobile said via a tweet that the 4.3 update for the Samsung flagship phone will arrive in "1/2 weeks". It is still unclear whether it means half a week or half a month. This was followed by a leaked build posted on its Web site. The official ROM is expected to come in the following weeks.

According to the publication, build I9505XXUEMJ3 is "one of the final builds" for the Samsung Galaxy S4. SamMobile also said that there a few tweaks and changes, as well as minor improvements, after installing and testing the said build for two days.

Various reports said that the Samsung Galaxy S4 4.3 Jelly Bean update will arrive sometime in October. However, Samsung and its partner carriers have not announced when the official update will really arrive yet.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Note 2 OS update roll-out may be delayed again. It is still unclear whether the two devices will get 4.2.2 version or the 4.3 version later this year.

Owners may have to wait until November or December for the roll-out of whatever version of the Jelly Bean update. SamMobile announced on Twitter that the delay may be due to a problem with the TouchWiz interface of Samsung.

The Samsung Galaxy S3, S4 and Note 2 are some of the company's smartphones that are expecting to receive the update in the coming months. This is echoed by the statement of Samsung's president of strategic marketing for mobile division, Lee Don-joo. He stated in one of his interviews that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be connected to the Galaxy Gear by next month and will soon be followed by the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy S3.

"All functions of the Gear will be connected to the Galaxy S4 smartphone by next month and the connection will be expanded to Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 by the end of December," the executive told the Korea Times.

Samsung's smartwatch was released alongside the company's phablet, the Galaxy Note 3, and is compatible with 4.3 Android Jelly Bean OS because of Bluetooth 4.0, which is one of the new features on Google's latest Jelly Bean update.
