Samsung Galaxy S4 was reported suffering from overheating issues after several weeks of release which can be solved in variety of ways. However, new information revealed that the smartphone is also having severe battery problems such as swelling and unable to hold charge.

New Technical Issue of Galaxy S4

Six months after its official release, Galaxy S4 received numerous complaints by owners regarding its overheating problem in the camera area and display which can be fixed in several ways. Unfortunately, the flagship smartphone of Samsung gets new complaints and this time, its own battery pack.

According to the German Web site MobilFlip, one of their trusted source works at an operator which revealed that they are getting a lot of technical support requests about Galaxy S4's battery pack.

Around 30 per cent of the Galaxy S4 that were sold experience issues with the battery pack and in includes swelling and unable to sustain charge for long. Swelling and the decreased hold for charging may endanger owners due to the unpredictable activity which may happen and it includes explosion.

Battery performance decreases overtime which is considered normal and usually happens at least after a year. But in the case of Galaxy S4, a technical problem might be happening on the manufacturing of the battery pack.
