For the interested users who wish to get the Android 4.3 test build, they can head to this Web site link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2369130

However, it is strongly advised that the interested parties should continue with the flashing process if they are certain. Those who do not have any flashing process experience are recommended to just wait for the official roll out of the latest firmware.

The initial Android 4.3 build is for the Google Play edition model GT-I9505G but the ROM has been ported over to the worldwide GT-I9505 model as well as various American variants. The recently leaked Android 4.3 test build includes certain enhancements greater than the first leak.

Downloading the latest Android 4.3 build JWR66V offers improvements on battery drain issues and supports the wireless charging feature even though the device power is turned off. The change log confirms the bug that prohibited the CPU to enter the idle state in order to conserve power has already been fixed which greatly improves the device's battery life.

Additionally, the leaked Android 4.3 operating system brings a couple of bug fixes such as SIM unlock issues and irregular functionality of some applications including CNN, APEX launcher, GTA Vice City, XDA Premium app, BestBuy app, Titanium Backup, Nobex Radio and HBO Go. The latest Android OS build features more frames per second and a working Dash Clock widget but without the Samsung TouchWiz interface.
