Early this week, rumours about the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini fired up after Samsung posted a photo of the device on its website.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini was seen on the brands official apps website, which is found when selecting what device to display apps by. Under the phone tab you will see a number of smartphones, but as we highlighted in the screenshot one selection states "Galaxy S4 mini GT-I9195″.
Samsung is yet to officially confirm the existence of this device, though the leaks have been plenty nonetheless, and it seems that the only thing left to know about it is when Samsung actually plans on announcing the Galaxy S4 mini.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini will likely feature either a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor or an Exynos 5210 dual-core processor, single or dual SIMs, a 4.3-inch 960x540 qHD display, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Samsung's TouchWiz UX interface.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is claimed to have multiple versions with a 4.3 inch display and up to quad-core processor depending on model: a dual-SIM version, which will likely not launch in the UK, would feature a dual-core processor, while a single-sim version supporting either 3G HSPA+ or 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) connectivity would include a quad-core chip.
All versions, however, would include the same 4.3 inch Super AMOLED qHD display with a pixel density of 256 pixels per inch (PPI). According to the SamMobile's anonymous source, the handset will be available in two colours at launch: Black Mist and White Frost.
However, Samsung has no official comment yet regarding the rumours towards its upcoming devices.
