Samsung Galaxy S4 Prices & Variants for UK and Eastern Europe; Rooted Version Available Before Official Release Date
Samsung Galaxy S4 is expected to arrive in the United Kingdom by April 26, 2013 . But developers have already created a "rooting" kit for the device before it even arrived to the British mainland.
The said "rooting" kit works only with Samsung Galaxy S4 running the Samsung's own Exynos 5 octa-core chipset (I9500) and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600-powered (I9505) model will have to wait longer.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Prices on Europe and United States
UK customers will have to spare £41 per month to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 as listed on Phones4U. The 4G plan is expected to be much higher and requires a one-time fee of £270 in addition to the monthly plan of £31. Amazon listed pre-orders to UK customers for 16GB version of the S4 with a cost of £699 while Amazon DE charges €650.
According to PhoneArena, in Portugal the 16GB version of the new Samsung Galaxy flagship will cost €689.99 and the device has been indicated by the Portuguese arm of smartphone retailer Expansys. The retailer is already taking pre-orders for both black and white variants.
AT&T begins pre-orders of the Galaxy S4 from April 16 for $250 and the some reports claimed that the unlocked version will costs at least $579.
Samsung Galaxy S4 on Eastern Europe
Galaxy S4 is split into two versions on Eastern Europe, according to GSMArena, the 3G and 4G LTE, although is not clear if it's all Exynos octa-core or Snapdragon 600 or mix of both variants. Rumours suggested the Exynos version will be sold in both Russia and Ukraine. Both Black Mist and White Frost colours will arrive at the same time but it seems like only 16GB or the more expensive 64GB will reach the area. Rooted Samsung Galaxy S4
For future owners of the Samsung latest Galaxy unit, XDA developers have already come up with a "rooting kit" and it is a pretty serious tinkering which will entirely void out the warranty.
The "rooting" process will enable users to bypass all of Samsung's TouchWiz overlay noise and heavily customise the interface and user experience. As usual, it will allow you to tailor and maximise the capabilities of Galaxy S4. Check the XDA developers main thread for the "rooting" kit.
